Jerry's years of dedicated tai chi and yoga practice have perfected his Swedish massage approach, creating a truly balanced and healing experience.  

Whether its a soothing relaxation massage, targeted deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, or the gentle heat of hot stones to melt away tension, every session is tailored to your unique needs.  Private yoga sessions are also available (up to 2 people) to help you breathe deeply, move mindfully, and reconnect with yourself. 

At Exhale, your comfort and care is my top priority. Online booking makes it easy, and all prices include HST. Receipts are provided for easy insurance submission.
